What data we process
Your name, email address, phone number, message and any documents you attach to a quote request, as well as technical data such as your IP address, which we need to keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to prepare a quote and carry out your order (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to keep the website secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Documents may contain special categories of data; we process them only as far as necessary to provide the service you requested.
Recipients
Your data may be processed by our translators, interpreters and notaries where needed to complete your order, and by our service providers: Infomaniak (website hosting, Switzerland) and Google Workspace (email). We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Retention
Quote requests that don't become orders are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Order documents are kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies and doesn't track visitors.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@abc-office.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
